There has been a whole slate of different pieces of movie memorabilia put up for auction this year, and in the spirit of that, the latest to join the fray is the iconic Lamborghini Countach that Leonardo DiCaprio's Jordan Belfort wrecks during one of the latter scenes in Martin Scorsese's The Wolf of Wall Street.
It's being auctioned off by Bonhams Cars, and is expected to fetch around $2 million when it's sold on November 25, 2023 in Abu Dhabi at the Yas Marina Circuit.
The car comes with a certificate of authenticity and has been preserved to reflect the condition it found itself in after Belfort took it for a drug-addled (and high-speed...) spin. The car also comes with a Jordan Belfort costume, a director's chair and clapboard signed by Scorsese, DiCaprio, and Margot Robbie, as well as two crew hoodies, and two DVDs of the film.
