It seems like car fanatics around the world have all fallen head over heels for Lamborghini's latest supercar, the Revuelto, as the Italian automotive titan has now announced that the car is sold out for the next two years.
Regarded as the first V12 plug-in hybrid high performance electrified vehicle, the Revuelto has had a very successful launch. Speaking about being in such high demand, Lamborghini's chief manufacturing officer, Ranieri Niccoli, stated:
"To manufacture the Revuelto, we understood we had to go above and beyond. It's a highly customizable hybrid car, yet it's built using traditional handcrafted skills. We raised the bar to produce it, creating what we call Manifattura Lamborghini Next Level: a production system with people always at its core but which we adapted to deliver a much more complex product and to integrate processes we haven't used before."
The Revuelto has even found its place in the world of gaming, as the car has been tapped as the main cover vehicle for Ubisoft's upcoming The Crew Motorfest.
