Cadillac to reveal its all-electric Escalade in August

The car will be created at a factory that has been renovated with a $2.2 billion investment.

General Motors and Cadillac has announced the exact date that it will be lifting the curtain on its first-ever, all-electric, full-size version of the Escalade SUV. Set to be known as the Escalade IQ, the car will be shown off in full on August 9, and ahead of that date, Cadillac has released yet another teaser image.

The car is said to be being manufactured at a facility that has been retooled and renovated with $2.2 billion worth of investment, with this being the Factory Zero Detroit-Hamtramck Assembly Center.
