The Swedish supercar manufacturer Koenigsegg has reclaimed its title as the creator of the fastest 0-400 km/h road car. After previously briefly losing the record to Rimac and its Nevera supercar, Koenigsegg's Regera is back on top, after setting a few more blistering times that even dwarf its own former record.
As noted in a press release, the Regera has managed to complete 0-400 km/h in just 20.68 seconds, with the car even managing to do 0-400-0 km/h in only 28.81 seconds. This is around a second quicker than what Rimac achieved as the Nevera managed to complete the 0-400-0 km/h feat in 29.93 seconds, which was around two seconds quicker than the Regera's former record (31.49 seconds).
With a second buffer, we'll have to see whether Rimac has enough in the tank to take the record back again.
