The all-electric hypercar manufacturer, Rimac, has just announced that its Nevera model has broken and set 23 speed, acceleration, and braking records at a test track in Germany.

As revealed in a press release, we're told that the car is now regarded as the fastest production electric car on the market, after managing to achieve 0-400-0 km/h (0-249-0 mph) in only 29.93 seconds.

To add to this are an array of benchmarks, braking, and full throttle records that when totalled account for 23 individual records, which in and of itself is also a record for the most amount of performance records broken within a single day.

"Today, I am proud to say that the car we've created can get to 400km/h and back to 0 in less time than it took the McLaren F1 to accelerate up to 350km/h," said Rimac Automobili CEO and founder, Mate Rimac. "And not only that, but it can do it again and again, breaking every other performance record in the process."
