Indie developer and YouTuber Jordan Maron has to change the name of his upcoming mobile game, Fortress Fallout, after getting in trouble with Zenimax Media. The company that owns Bethesda Softworks has once again sent its lawyers off with a cease-and-desist order. Moran explained in a video that they claim that the name Fortress Fallout is too close to that of their famous Fallout series. Well, a small indie-cartoonish-2D-plattformer vs. the massive open-world action shooter RPG... seems kinda off. Maron states he does not have the resources to fight Zenimax, though he believes this is essentially is rubbish... Nice bit of inadvertent PR for the developer though, so lets hope he can make the most of it, even if does have to come up with a new name for his game.
