You can now download Red Dead Revolver on PS4

It's available among the list of PS2 games re-launched digitally.

If the hype around a potential Red Dead Redemption 2 unveil wasn't enough as of late, especially after the debut of the first RDR on Xbox One thanks to backwards compatibility, now PlayStation fans are feeling something similar with this week's re-launch of Red Dead Revolver on PS4.

The old Red is back. The third person shooter/western, which was originally launched on PS2 and Xbox back in 2004, is once again on sale, this time via the PS Store as a digital download, and it's one of the classics from the old console that are being re-released.

It's a chance for those who missed it the last time around to learn about the origins story of Red and the rest of the cast, and discover more about the roots of Rockstar's beloved franchise (which is seemingly always about to finally get a new chapter).
