Yooka-Replaylee

Yooka-Replaylee is a classic 3D platformer and while it does a lot of things right, what it does best is bring the joy of playing back into focus.

The retro inspired platformer returns with better controls, new collectables, and improved mini-games. We spoke to the game's design director.

The enhanced platformer will arrive on PC and consoles in around six weeks.

This means the game will work even in the future as it doesn't need any online-functionality to function properly.

This definitive version of the charming platformer is more than just a pretty face.

Unfortunately, we still don't have a proper release date, but it will supposedly still be launched this year.

The prehistoric pixel protagonist will be present on eight upgraded arcade machines.

And he has a quest of his own.

Playtonic confirms the Yooka-Laylee remake will launch on PS5, Xbox Series X/S and "Nintendo".
