We've been testing out The Farm 51's game World War 3 quite a bit recently, the results of which you can read in our preview, and there's good news for fans of the game, as update 0.2 has just launched, as revealed on the Steam forums.
The nitty-gritty of the update can be found in the patch notes, but the new content will probably be of most interest. Team Deathmatch is the new mode that's arrived, but that's not all, as we're also getting the TDM map Warsaw Shopping Mall to go with it, the MSBS Bullpup weapon, the IFV Boxer vehicle, the Russian Partisan uniform, RPG nets for the IFV Boxer and Bumerang, and a new spawn system specifically for TDM.
What can we expect in future updates though? Well, The Farm 51 has also provided a brand new roadmap to give us a heads up on that, featuring big updates all the way to launch, where the aim is to deliver five game modes over nine maps with over 40 weapons, "hundreds" of cosmetic items, and a whole load more. For what's coming when though, be sure to check out the roadmap itself.
Have you tested World War 3 yet?
