Wargaming.net just sent out a press release, announcing the next game in their World of... series - this time World of Battleships. World of Tanks have already been a big success for the company, and with World of Warplanes and World of Battleships we'll have a complete trilogy of online action.
"The large assortment of available warships will give various tactical opportunities, as all the machines have a unique combination of firepower, speed, armor, and endurance," the press release says. "Various naval maps with changing weather conditions will enrich the gameplay, and the realistic graphics will transport players into the epic battles that changed the course of human history."
No screenshots came with the press release, but we'll probably hear a lot more about the game at Gamescom.
And they feature a new type of armament, Airstrike.
The campaign will last until November 22, featuring exclusive items where all profits go to Help for Heroes.
As well as this, players will see the return of Ranked Battles with a brand new map addition.
