What's in the Fortnite cube?
Millions watched the opening on streaming services.
The mysterious purple cube has been part of the Fortnite's game world for two full seasons, but during the weekend, players finally got the chance to see what's in it - along with millions of viewers on Youtube and Twitch. Over 3.5 million people watched as the cube exploded, transporting players to a weird new dimension.
Players were suspended in a white background, as a blue butterfly approached them. After touching it, players were transported to Leaky Lake, now with a completely new look. What does all of this mean? Well, we guess players will find out over the next few days or weeks.
Sadly we didn't manage to record the event, but if you want to check how it all went down in real time, just search youtube or twitch, as there's no shortage of videos covering the event.
