The project is called Skywind, and a new trailer shows impressive progress.
Even though Skyrim is the most popular game in the Elder Scrolls saga, several fans claim TESIII: Morrowind is, in fact, the best chapter in the RPG series. The problem is that this game is 18 years old, meaning the graphics and gameplay are somewhat dated by now.
That hasn't stopped a group of modders who decided to take the engine that powers the latest version of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - Special Edition, and use it to recreate Morrowind. The project is called The Elder Scrolls: Skywind and in essence, it replaced the graphics, gameplay, models, textures, and actors, whilst retaining the story, the design of the world, the characters, and quests.
The team has now released a new Skywind trailer, which shows impressive results as reveals just how advanced the project is. There is no release date as yet, but if you want to know more details about The Elder Scrolls: Skywind, you can visit the game's website.
