GRTV News - Halo Season 2 Trailer Shows the Fall of Reach
The second season of Halo looks to deal with one of the biggest events in the lore of the games.

"Hello, good afternoon, I'm Alex here with another GRTV News giving you the latest, greatest, everything in between for entertainment, gaming, gear, tech, you name it.
Without further ado, we're just going to get stuck right into today's news piece which has something to do with Halo."
"Specifically, the big trailer for Season 2 of Halo is here.
It's premiering on the 8th of February, the main show that is, not the trailer, and we've got a good look at what's coming.
It's been a month since we got the last sort of first look teaser, if you will, of what's going to be coming out in Halo series 2."
"A divisive series, I'd definitely say, with some people, especially sort of long-term fans not liking the fact that Chief takes off his helmet.
We see Chief's cheeks within the first few episodes, I believe, but there's also a lot of people that do seem to enjoy it as well."
"It's got a Season 2, so that's proof enough.
In any case, Season 2 will be going once more into the sort of pre-events of the main Halo games as we're looking at the fall of Reach, something that Bungie covered within the last Halo game that they made, Halo Reach."
"Looking at the trailer, it seems that we're going to be getting a pretty dark look at the fall of Reach.
If you're not in the know, Reach was basically a planet sort of outside Earth but still under human jurisdiction, a bit of a paradise planet almost for the humans, and it was said that if Reach falls, we're pretty much done for because the Covenant are just going to take Earth straight afterwards."
"Of course, if you've played the Halo games, you know that it's not so cut and dry as that, but in any case, it's a pretty significant event in the lore and a lot of people are looking forward to seeing it.
Now, as you can see here in the trailer that we've got, which I will just play for you now so we can go on in the background while I ramble, we've got a lot of audio coming through my headphones and we've also got plenty of action to see as well."
"Chief is without armour, which is again going to annoy some fans when he's fighting some elites but there's a lot of cool visuals here.
It's clear that Paramount have really upped the budget to make the CGI and the action look realistic."
"Now, again, this is just a trailer so it might not reflect the end product but it's hard not to at least get excited about what this looks like, maybe if not what it will contain.
It's really hard to sort of appease fans everywhere because even if you do something like The Last of Us, which is a pretty one-to-one adaptation of its original product, you still get a lot of fans who are either annoyed that Bill and Frank got the episode that they did or they're just annoyed that it didn't push the boat out a bit more so honestly, gamers are impossible to please."
"Personally, Halo, I think it's one of those where it's important to remember that just because you don't like something like a TV show that adapts your favourite book, game, other show, whatever, that doesn't ruin the fact that that original product exists.
To me, the Halo games are really special, they're my personal favourite FPS of all time and I've not even seen the show all the way through."
"I watched the first episode and I thought, yeah, that's good, never got a chance to get back to it, would love to watch it but sometimes you're just too busy with these things but yeah, I genuinely think that it's one of those where you just either have to...
