It seems like we can expect more live-action Master Chief and Cortana in the coming months.

"Hello everyone and welcome back to another episode of GRTV News. Today we're going to be talking about something that, well to be honest you might have forgotten about because it kind of, it's kind of disappeared to the wayside over the past few months, years I guess ever since the first season came out. What we're talking about is Halo. Now this TV show has been in production from Paramount and we got the first season I think in 2021 and we were told that we're going to be getting a second season then obviously pandemic slowed things down and strikes and all this different stuff. But it looks like season two is almost here and if you might have forgotten a little bit about this show, completely understandable because the first season came out on a streaming service that was very new at the time and yeah, then there was never really much talk about the second season until, well, today."

"So let's dive on and talk a little bit about it now.
Halo season two seems to premiere in February, Pablo Schreiber and Jen Taylor are back as Master Chief and Cortana early next year. There was a lot of mixed reviews for the Halo series on Paramount Plus as many Halo fans felt it didn't represent the franchise in a good way and was diluted with characters that didn't help the story. Despite this it still managed to become a big hit for Paramount Plus and now it seems like it is almost time for season two. Paramount has made the entire first season of Halo available on YouTube with the tiny catch that it only applies to Americans. If you're using a VPN the browser opera has one built in, it's really easy to bypass and watch the show for free. Interestingly the description of the first series on YouTube originally ended with catch up before the new season streaming Feb 8th, revealing when the second season starts. This was however removed quickly afterwards and we assume this might be intended as the game awards surprise next week. The ex-user RevsGaming managed to get picture proof though as you can see in his post below. Are you looking forward to seeing more Master Chief and Quan Ha in season two? And this is the thing here. Let me bring up the tweet a minute just so we can all see it in further depth. Right at the bottom here is the interesting bit that says stream every episode of Halo on Paramount Plus and catch up before the new season streaming Feb 8th. So yes it looks like it's on it's way. Now again we haven't had an official announcement yet but this is a show that is ripe for an announcement at the game awards next week which will be taking place sort of the morning of December 8th for us in the UK and Europe. But yeah it's time that we had more Halo because this was a series that has been in production for a while. It didn't, after the first season debuted, albeit two middling reviews, it didn't take long before the season sort of kickstarted its second season production. So it's been a while since filming took place and since this season's been ready almost to, or been in post-production getting ready for release. And it's time that it made its debut. So no doubt we'll have a trailer relatively soon showing off more adventures between Master Chief or this live-action Master Chief and live-action Katana. And once we know more about that we'll be sure to keep you posted and updated. But until then let's know what you think about it. Are you excited for more Halo? Or are you kind of not sold on this series yet? Let us know below and otherwise we'll see you on the next GRTV News which will be on Monday. So enjoy your Friday, enjoy your weekend and we'll see you on the other side. Take care everyone."
