Victor Vran's Motörhead DLC dated and detailed in new trailer

In fact, there are two new trailers ahead of the console launch, which is set for May 30.

Wired Productions and Haemimont Games have announced that Victor Vran Overkill Edition will be coming to PC, PS4, and Xbox One on May 30. The console release of the action-RPG will include the upcoming Fractured Worlds expansion as well as Motörhead: Through the Ages.

Through the Ages is described by its creators as "a wild tour through the mythos of the loudest band in the world", and it was developed in collaboration with the band, starting back in 2014. A new trailer, which you can watch below, has been released to give players an idea as to what they can expect.

"Harness the powers of the immortal Motörhead to defeat frightening new enemies in three demon-infested worlds intertwined with the songs of the band. This fully-scoped addition is suitable for newcomers to the game, veteran demon hunters and Motörheadbangers alike," the press release explains.

Motörhead's Phil Campbell, who had a hand in shaping the new content, added: "The game is a brilliant homage to the world of Motörhead, one where you can kick-ass, to a kick-ass soundtrack!"

Motörhead: Through the Ages will add new worlds to the game, inspired by lyrics written by the band, called Wörld of Wars, the Weird West, and the Dark Ages, each of which is ruled by an evil oppressor who must be defeated. Naturally, Motörhead provided the soundtrack for this expansion, and players can expect new powers, outfits, weapons, and more.

When speaking about the tracks that were chosen for the DLC, creative producer Achim Heidelauf said: "We have a little bit of everything. I think we have the perfect mix for the game. And of course some very recent tracks as well."

"It's a great video game, that's for sure, and in all seriousness, it really has the heart and spirit of Motörhead," added Lloyd Kaufman, a friend of the band and CEO of Troma Entertainment, who also stars in the game.
