We caught up with level designer Joakim Setterberg from Fatshark to learn more about the second paid DLC for Vermintide - Drachenfels.

"This is the first time that we actually venture outside Ubersreik," says Setterberg. "So this is a new act or chapter in the Vermintide timeline. This is set after the events in Ubersreik, after the events in the main game."

Drachenfels is a three map DLC set in the castle with the same name and the setting will play a large role here.

"Drachenfels is really an interesting location," says Setterberg. "It has a basis in probably the first adventure campaign for Warhammer from '92 and it reappears in an adventure book, a novel later on. So we have a lot of things to go on with the actual location. And it is a fascinating one, it's an evil castle. If castles can be evil, this is definitely it."

Since filming the interview Fatshark have announced that the Drachenfels DLC will launch on Steam on May 26.
