When Troika Games - the studio that was formed by Interplay icons Tim Cain, Leonard Boyarsky, and Jason Anderson - released its debut title Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines (that was based on the pen and paper RPG) in 2004, it sadly went under the radar as it was released on the same day as the much-anticipated Valve sequel Half-Life 2.
The game did, however, manage to create a large following in the years post-launch, and even though it was too late to get Troika Games back on its feet, it was enough to spawn a sequel 15 (or technically 16) years later.
Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 isn't the only thing that the cult following of the original video game has spawned, however. You see, the original soundtrack has been picked up by Milan Records, and as it turns out, it's about to be pressed on vinyl.
The 2xLP vinyl soundtrack will be pressed on blood red vinyl and is set to feature the complete, remastered score by Rik Schaffer. Interested in this beautiful record? Well then, you can pre-order it here, and take a look at the image below.
Do you remember the first game?
