UFC sues Ubisoft

UFC owners Zuffa have decided to take Ubisoft to court over their Kinect enabled Xbox 360 title Fighters Uncaged.But it's not the actual contents of the game, where you fight it out by performing certain moves in front of the Kinect camera that has UFC executives riled up. Instead it's the use of the slogan "Become the ultimate fighting weapon!" they have a problem with.

Zuffa owns the rights to the term "Ultimate Fighting" and they want damages, and a removal of the game from stores and the slogan off the boxes. Let's see how this one plays out, but Zuffa have gone after others who have infringed on their brand before and won.
