Two Worlds II's Call of the Tenebrae DLC made standalone

Two Worlds II's Call of the Tenebrae DLC was released back in May, and now Reality Pump and Topware Interactive have announced that the DLC will also be released as standalone.
The press release says that the decision was made "to give newcomers the chance to jump right into this one of a kind adventure," although Two Worlds II owners get the DLC with a loyalty discount.
You can find the DLC on Steam here, which has a 10% discount right now, costing £9.89. Will you be getting it, now that it's standalone?
