Twitch Rivals is hosting a PUBG EMEA Showdown this Friday

The tournament will see 64 streamers battling it out for a share of a $100,000 prize pool.

Twitch is teaming up with Krafton to mark the release of the latest PUBG: Battlegrounds map, Vikendi Reborn, by hosting a dedicated Twitch Rivals this Friday. Known as the PUBG EMEA Showdown, the tournament will see 64 streamers all battling it out on the new map to win a share of the $100,000 prize pool.

The tournament will take place from 17:00 GMT / 18:00 CET on December 9, and will see key streamers including DanucD, Mithrain, and WackyJacky101 named as team captains who will lead rosters in four unique matches, with three being eight-person squads, and one being a 32v32 showdown.

Those who tune into the tournament will be in for chance to earn some rewards to be used in PUBG: Battlegrounds, including a T-shirt, a bomber jacket, and a couple of sprays, so be sure to connect your Krafton ID account with your Twitch account to reap the rewards.
