It's no secret that the League of Legends Championship Series has faced its issues and problems over the last few years, with Riot Games struggling to invoke the same interest and level of competition in the North American league as that of the European LEC and the multiple Asian tier one leagues.

While Riot keeps creating new initiatives and plans to get the LCS back to fighting form, esports organisation TSM has decided to jump ship, and has now announced plans to leave the LCS and to move to a different tier one region.

As noted in a video starring TSM's CEO Andy Dinh, we're not told exactly the league that TSM is eyeing up to join, but this will likely be something that TSM aims to complete once the 2023 LCS season has wrapped up at the end of the summer.
