This Is the Police spin-off, Rebel Cops is out now

Rebel Cops, a turn-based tactics stealth game set in the This Is the Police universe has been released and is available to play today. Seeing players take up the mantle of controlling a squad of ex-police officers with the goal of taking down the new criminal overlord dominating their town, the title focusses on tough combat and turn-based stealth throughout its vast number of levels that can be explored.

Bringing a justice system that gives players the opportunity to take down criminals lawfully or with their own rule set and featuring an unforgiving mechanic that sees officers bleed out once shot only once, Rebel Cops requires players to take the stealth approach in combat. Alongside this, the diverse levels give the ability for players to build up their street cred as they complete side missions when exploring each open-ended location. Remember to make every decision count because your reputation affects team morale and even the way merchants pay.

Developed by Weappy Studios and published by THQ Nordic, Rebel Cops has released on PC, PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch worldwide for £8.39 or $9.99, bringing around 15 hours of gameplay for players to sink their time into.
