It's not unusual for Microsoft to announce the next Forza game during their annual E3 media briefing, but this year we didn't get a mainline title, rather we're getting a new Lego-themed expansion for last year's UK-based Forza Horizon 4.
Playground Games' Ralph Fulton, the project's creative director, came on stage during the press conference to unveil Lego Speed Champions, an expansion that he says is "packed with inventive new challenges, new areas to explore, and loads of bricks to smash."
Check it out in the trailer that landed alongside the announcement and you'll very quickly get an idea of what to expect from this new high-speed block-based expansion.
