Theme park sim Planet Coaster out this November

Frontier Developments (Elite: Dangerous) has announced a release date for their coaster management sim in which you can create, manage and share rollercoaster theme parks with the world.

You can pre-order Planet Coaster on Steam starting on August 25 for £26.99 or grab the pre-order exclusive Planet Coaster Thrillseeker Edition for £29.99, with digital soundtrack, sketchbook, a special in-game hat, T-shirt and full Beta access before launch.

We actually spoke to Frontier's David Braben at Gamelab and this is what he had to say about the game: "I've been less involved with that than Elite but it's a beautiful game, they've done such a good job with that.

"I've played it, I love it, so yes is the answer Planet Coaster has a lot of that playfulness in it. We haven't announced what's to come but there will be more things in the future as well."

Planet Coaster will officially launch on PC on November 17, 2016.
