The Walking Dead zombies move into the world of AR

Next Games is currently working on a new mobile video game based on AMC's The Walking Dead, which sounds all well and good, but wait until you hear that it makes use of augmented reality gameplay, much like fellow mobile title Pokémon Go.

As we can see in the trailer, players will find zombies on the streets and inside buildings, public, or private ones. There'll also be some useful items and guns floating in the air to fight the horde, and on top of that we can also interact with popular characters like Rick and Daryl in the game too.

The Walking Dead: Our World will be released on Apple App Store and Google Play soon. Could this be as popular as Pokémon Go?
