Micosoft has announced that the original Forza Horizon, which debuted on Xbox 360 in 2012, will be officially removed from Xbox Store starting from October 20. From this date onwards players won't be able to buy the game and its DLC anymore, although naturally those who have already purchased a copy and any DLC packs can keep on playing them.
Microsoft hasn't explained why they will remove Forza Horizon from the Xbox Store, but it's very likely that it hinges on the rights associated to various trademarks and logos from the game's lineup of cars. Forza Horizon 3 will be available from tomorrow (September 27) on Xbox One and Windows 10 PC.
