The Stanley Parable is coming to consoles in 2019

Who would have thought the gaming world would be blessed by the presence of the narrator from cult classic PC experience The Stanley Parable in 2018? Well, those of you who guessed it was definitely on to something as that's exactly what happened at The Game Awards tonight. The lovely chap started off his trailer speech by talking about the games' tough industry competitor that released the same year as the Stanley Parable; The Last of Us and continued to announce that the fantastic office-set adventure game is coming to consoles next year. Great news for every fan and non-PC owner.

As the screen started to fade, however, the narrator got the news that The Last of Us: Part Two would be coming out - ouch. The fierce competition aside, The Stanley Parable is coming to consoles and we at Gamereactor are already getting excited for it, especially since it will bring news to the already great game with new endings and choices.
