The Sims 3: Supernatural

Maxis and EA today announced the next expansion to the enduringly popular The Sims 3. The Supernatural Expansion Pack is set for release on PC and Mac in September 2012 and will let players experience a different sort of virtual life.

Sims fans will be able to play as a variety of strange creatures, including werewolves, witches, vampires and fairies. Players will be able to experiment with spells and ‘volatile elixirs', and will even have to deal with the occasional zombie attack.

Scott Evans, General Manager of The Sims Studio, said of the release: "With a variety of deep and mysterious supernatural lifestyles to choose from, The Sims 3 Supernatural allows players to dive into powerful new gameplay that showcases a darker side of The Sims."
