The rumoured upgraded Switch version has been announced

The Nintendo hybrid console Switch is getting an upgraded version with better battery life, Nintendo announced recently.

Are you tired of your Switch's battery depleting within three hours while in the middle of a gaming session? The rumoured "more powerful" version of Nintendo's hybrid console has just been announced and adds some hours to the battery life of the Switch, with the battery life going from 2.5 - 6.5 hours to 4.5 - 9 hours.

The new version will retail for the same price as the original version and releases at the end of August. This news comes shortly after the announcement of the Switch Lite and makes two new editions of the console this year.
