The PUBG Invitational at Katowice won't feature Miramar

The move has been met with some criticism.

It wasn't long ago that we found out that we'd be getting an Invitational tournament for PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds at the Intel Extreme Masters Katowice tournament next month, with $50,000 USD up for grabs, but now we know that it will only be played using the original map, Erangel.

"After extensive discussion with all involved parties we have decided that the PUBG Invitational at #IEM Katowice will take place exclusively on Erangel," a tweet from the IEM Twitter page reads. Players like DefineLegit took to Twitter to express their disappointment at the new desert map Miramar not being included in the mix, and we don't know any solid reasons why it's not there.

More details on open qualifiers can be found here, but are you disappointed at Miramar's absence?
