The developers over at Obsidian might be busy making Avowed and The Outer Worlds 2 these days, but that does obviously not mean their previous games have stopped selling.
Obsidian has decided to celebrate The Outer Worlds' fourth anniversary by revealing that the game has sold more than 5 million copies. It's worth mentioning the game passed 4 million two years ago, so it hasn't exactly flown off shelves lately, but it's still somewhat impressive coming from the publishers at Private Division and people to this day confusing it with Outer Wilds.
