The movie It has been a box office hit (you can read our review by jumping in this direction), but success brings with it imitations. The 2017 movie is based on the famous novel by Stephen King, and it's quite terrifying if you're into that sort of thing. Interestingly, it also turns out that you can capture a similar atmosphere using nothing but little blocks of Lego.
The opening scene has been recreated by Brick Force Studios, and you can watch the video on YouTube. In the past they've made their own versions of Spider-Man: Homecoming and various Transformers movies, and now It has been re-blocked and given the Lego treatment.
Is it as scary as the original? Maybe not, but the Lego version of the horror movie at least proves that even yellow blocks can still be creepy as hell. Would you like to see a Lego horror movie? Let us know in the comments below.
