Among the most anticipated games is The Last of Us: Part II, perhaps top of the list for many alongside Cyberpunk 2077, and while neither Sony or Naughty Dog have revealed a launch date for the sequel, a recent retailer listing has given a release date to raise some eyebrows.
Amazon Italy is the retailer in question, featuring a product page for the game with an alleged launch date that refers to March 29, 2019. Given that this is only three months away, we prefer to take the news with a pinch of salt, because it's very unlikely that The Last of Us: Part II will come so soon and without any official reference from both companies. It's not even clear whether this is a placeholder date, but in the absence of official statements, we are awaiting confirmation and/or denial.
Stranger things have happened though, and if you're sceptical of a date from retailers just remember that Walmart Canada leaked a whole load of games earlier this year, including Rage 2 and Gears of War 5.
Are you looking forward to The Last of Us: Part II? If so then take a look at some of the trailers again to get yourself even more pumped.
