The Last Night is a flashback for cinematic platformers

Flashback inspired indie game, The Last Night has a new 4K trailer which was recently showcased at Microsoft's E3 press conference.

In a bid to bring back the cinematic platformer, The Last Night aims to be a neon soaked, sci-fi adventure, no doubt featuring puzzle elements as well. The game takes on a Blade Runner inspired aesthetic all beautifully rendered in pixel art style graphics.

The trailer revealed a dystopian, futuristic world for you to explore. It certainly seems to have had a graphical overhaul since the game was last showcased. As you would expect with a game of this style it also features a pretty funky soundtrack.
