The FA have announced that their esports tournament Every Gamer's Adventure will be returning to Wembley Stadium in association with EE, and The Emirates FA Cup gaming tournament is now open for registration.

The tournament will take place over one day and a player will be selected at random to represent each club from this year's third round onwards. Over the course of the day, May 6, there will be nine hours of play, with the format replicating the FA Cup.

The early rounds will take place in several locations around the stadium, including the players' tunnel and royal box, and the victor of it all will receive a VIP experience at the FA Cup final.

Applications are open and will close on March 10, with those selected being chosen by March 24. Follow this link to find out more on how to apply. Do you think this is the type of event to get UK gamers interested in esports?
