A slip of the tongue reveals that we'll be getting another chance to play before release in March, although we don't know when that'll be.

The Division 2 has just held a private beta for players to test out, and while we don't have official word on an open beta yet, a Twitch clip shared by VG247 indicates that this is going to be happening.

The clip is from a livestream in which developers play the game on Twitch, with one of them saying that a bug in the private beta will be fixed by the time the open beta rolls around. A slip of the tongue then, but one that would indicate that we are indeed getting more of The Division 2 before the game releases on March 15.

The Division 2 is coming to PC, PS4, and Xbox One, and with the game releasing almost a month from now there isn't much time for an open beta to arrive. We'll just have to wait until Ubisoft reveals it officially to find out when we can play again.

If you missed our livestream of the private beta you can watch that down below as well, to see how the game's shaping up, or you can check out our previews of PvP and Dark Zone as well as campaign and endgame.

REVIEW. Written by Eirik Hyldbakk Furu

"A couple of faults don't detract from the fact that The Division 2 is one of, if not the, best looter-shooters in years."
