The Division is filled with Easter eggs, so we all expected The Division 2 to have a bunch of references to other games, cartoons, movies and TV series as well. What we didn't expect was that it would also include some very personal and charming ones.
When we asked Julian Gerighty, The Division 2's creative director, if he could share some interesting details about the game he had this fun little detail for us:
"So last weekend a bunch of the developers here they took to work a bunch of drawings from their kids and we put them into the game as souvenirs for ourselves, so little Easter eggs for ourselves. So as soon as you see a kid's drawing in the game it's one of the kid's of the developers on the team."
A nice touch in our opinion, and it'll be interesting to see how many drawings there are considering the fact that more than a thousand developers are working on this game.
What do you think of these kinds of Easter eggs?
