The Crew 2

The Crew 2 is free to play from December 5 to 8

Ubisoft's game and season pass will also have a discount of up to 70% for anyone who wants to keep playing.

If you're a fan of rubber-burning, open-world driving games but haven't gotten to The Crew 2 yet, Ubisoft has got your back as The Crew 2 will be free to play on PC, PS4, and Xbox One between tomorrow and December 8.

You'll be able to play the full experience (if you're fast enough) along with having access to the game's newest update, Blazing Shots, which has a ton of new additions like 12 new cars (including the fancy new Bugatti Veyron), over 17 new events, and even underglows for all the expensive cars you'll get.

Probably the most unique feature, however, is the new live summit events, where players compete to reach the top of the leaderboard and snag a reward based on their ranking.

To make it even more appealing if your bank account wasn't drained during Black Friday, both The Crew 2 and its season pass will have discounts of up to 70% during the free period, along with the ability to continue your progress from the free period.

We thought The Crew 2 had a ton of content, along with great car physics and a rather poor narrative, as you can read in our full review here.

Is the discount and free weekend worth it to you?

REVIEW. Written by Magnus Groth-Andersen

"We never found ourselves wanting for variety. On the contrary, it's an open world arcade racer that offers plenty of things to do."
