Riot Games has announced the schedule and plans for the 2023 Valorant Champions Tour. As shown in a new timeline that details when each of the respective three regional leagues will be holding competitions, the timeline also shows how Riot will ring in the new competitive year.

This will come in the form of a Kickoff tournament, which is being held in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and will last for three weeks (from February 14 - March 5) and will include each partnered team. It's thought that this will be a good look at which organisation won the offseason, and hopefully will set the standard for competitive events for the remainder of the year.

As for the other international tournaments, there will be Masters 2023 in June, Last Chance Qualifier in July, as well as the Ascension Tournament in July, all before Champions 2023 in August.
