Teenage darts super star Luke Littler considers himself better than Lamine Yamal

Luke Littler, the teenage darts superstar, winner of two PDC World Championships in 2025 and 2026, winner of 14 major single titles from the Professional Darts Corporation (already the third most of all-time at the age of 19), considers himself the best young sportsman at the moment, surpassing other famous 19-years-old like footballer Lamine Yamal and F1 driver Andrea Kimi Antonelli.

Littler was asked by The Sun if he considers himself the most dominant sportsman in the world. He talked about tennis player Jannik Sinner (who is 24), saying "obviously at the minute it's hard to say, with Sinner winning Wimbledon. But yes, the way I'm winning games and the way I'm producing and picking up trophies, it's probably the best out there."

In terms of trophies, nobody comes close to Littler, who has won six major titles so far, and is aiming for a clean sweep of all 11 trophies this year (he has also won 66 of his past 76 matches since November).

Littler also downplayed Lamine Yamal's contributions to Spain at World Cup. "Obviously, Spain won the World Cup and everyone is talking about Lamine Yamal. I mean he didn't really do much, did he? Scored maybe one goal. Assisted, too."

" Is he the best 19-year-old in the world? No, he's not. As long as I'm winning, playing well and picking up trophies, then that's all that matters".
