This past weekend has been a big one for competitive Call of Duty: Warzone, as the best players and biggest creators have all taken to London's Copper Box Arena to compete in the World Series of Warzone Global Finals.

With a prize pool of $500,000 on the line, the 50 three-person teams that were made up of influencer captains and pro players were all battling for the lion's share of the prize pool and for the right to be dubbed champion for 2023.

After a day of action, the winner ended up being Team Biffle, who managed to hold off Team Hisoka to take the tournament and net $100,000 in prize money. Making up the top three was Team Almond.

As for what's next for competitive Call of Duty: Warzone, Activision has not yet outlined that.

REVIEW. Written by Ben Lyons

The Warzone formula has been shaken up with a new instalment that feels more like a glorified update rather than something truly fresh and unique.
