Team BDS are the first team to be knocked out of LEC Summer Playoff contention

Now that we're six weeks through the LEC Summer Season for 2022, we're starting to get a very good idea as to who will be the team to beat at the upcoming Summer Playoffs. While MAD Lions, Rogue, and Team Vitality are all safe bets, due to being the top three teams in the standings right now, the only certainty for the tournament is that Team BDS will not be in attendance.

And this is because the esports organisation's League of Legends European Championship team has already been knocked out of contention for the event, following a disappointing season so far that has seen Team BDS racking up a 1-12 win/loss ratio.

Considering the next lowest team is SK Gaming with a 5-8 win/loss rate, we'll just have to wait a little longer to know who else will be joining Team BDS on the side-lines for the exciting tournament.
