Publisher Team 17 and developer Three Fields Entertainment (Dangerous Golf) have announced they're partnering up for Lethal VR, a shooting gallery style arcade experience that's in development at the UK-based studio.

"We are really excited to join forces with Team17 and its passionate team to release Lethal VR worldwide. Both companies share the same passion for videogames and we are excited to work together releasing Lethal VR. The arrival of VR inspired us to think about the stories we could tell and the immersive experiences we could create. Lethal VR puts the player in the shoes of an FBI recruit being assessed. The game is inspired by shooting sequences in films such as Point Break, Robocop and The Man with the Golden Gun." said Fiona Sperry, CEO of Three Fields Entertainment.

Lethal VR, has been built from the "ground up" with HTC Vive in mind, and will launch on Steam on November 8. The game will also be released on PSVR before the end of the year.

REVIEW. Written by Graham Bellars

"With 31 challenges in all, the game may be a little short, but score chasing is where the fun is at."
