Esports team Virtus.pro had a disappointing result at the Eleague Major: Boston CS:GO competition this month, as they exited the tournament at the group stage, and now Dbltap has reported that sources have confirmed that Wiktor 'TaZ' Wojtas will be replaced in the team, with a buyout being discussed for Michał 'MICHU' Müller.
This alleged source also claims that if VP can't get MICHU, then they will look to acquire a player from AGO Gaming, and that VP has warned Filip 'NEO' Kubski that his position is also under threat if the team's performance doesn't improve. As Dbltap points out, this is the longest running CS:GO roster in history, so it'd be a shame to see it broken up, but their performance hasn't been great, especially in Boston.
Since this report was published, however, VP's general manager Roman Dvoryankin took to Twitter to say: "I want to be totally clear with our fans that speculations like this are just random accusations. No one contacted me or VP asking for comments, most of the assumptions are just fantasies. We'll give an update when there is an update."
Who knows what's happening with VP and TaZ then, but do you think the roster should be switched up a bit?
