Bandai Namco have revealed in a blog post. Both PC and PS4 will run at 1920x1080 (1080p) resolution, while PC supports up to 4K resolution. Draw distance is twice that of the PS3 version on PC and PS4 with a "far" option improving it even further on PC. Shadows, anti-aliasing and textures have also been improved and as you'd expect there are options for all these (low, medium, high) on all of the above.
One thing that is the same on all platforms is the framerate - locked to 30 frames per second. The reason for this is to maintain the balance of the real-time battles.
