Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition getting January release

Resolution bump and new characters incoming.

Bandai Namco got in touch this week with the news that Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition is set to launch on western shores next January.

The press release confirmed up-scaled screen resolution and content that hasn't previously been available outside of Japan, including characters, costumes, in-game events, and two new playable characters to take with you on your adventures; "Flynn Scifo, the main character's best friend and rival, and Patty Fleur, a young pirate searching for her lost memories."

The Definitive Edition is set to land on PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One on January 11, 2019.
