Take-Two refiles for Agent trademark

Agent was originally revealed back in 2009 at Sony's press conference at E3, but ever since that initial announcement, next to nothing official has been revealed for the game.

Rockstar parent company Take-Two has extended their trademark five times with an "Intend to Use", but pre-emptive Intent to Use trademark applications can only be extended five times, in six month intervals, otherwise the owner surrenders the right to the IP.

To prevent the risk of abandonment, Take-Two has now refiled the entire trademark for Agent, which will give them an additional three and a half years to prove that the trademark is going to be in use.
