We haven't heard from Fullbright's Tacoma for quite some time, and now we know why. In a post on their blog the developer announced that the game has been delayed to spring 2017.
Apparently they had to "rework a number of the core assumptions" about the game. We're not talking small details either as they mention both how gravity works, the function and implications of their augmented reality mechanics, and how the player interacts with the story. They've already play-tested some of the changes and the feedback has been positive. Unfortunately implementing these changes takes time.
On the other hand they're also saying that we'll see these changes with our own eyes this summer, so expect more during E3 and Gamescom.
