Supermassive files trademark for Shattered State

Supermassive Games is the developer responsible for PS4 exclusive Until Dawn, and now ResetEra user yoonshik has uncovered a new trademark filed by the studio for something called Shattered State, along with a logo you can see below.

This comes from the European Union Intellectual Property Office records and, as noted by VG247, there's nothing on the listing about Sony this time, while that was the case with Until Dawn.

Of course it's Gamescom this week, so it's only natural to speculate that we might see something to do with Shattered State at the Cologne event. Would you like to see more from Supermassive?
