The Sims 4

StrangerVille coming to The Sims 4 next week

Something odd is happening in the town, and it's up to you to solve the mystery in some fresh gear and brand new locations.

There's something strange (quite literally) about to hit The Sims 4, as a brand new trailer has revealed that StrangerVille is coming as a DLC for the game, which reminds us an awful lot of Strangetown from past games like The Sims 2.

EA's website gives us a hint of what this all means, including of course conspiracy theories and a secret lab. The people of the town are acting strange, and with a secret afoot, it's up to you and your Sims to solve the mystery.

StrangerVille will land on February 26 for PC and Mac, bringing new clothes from a bomber jacket to a lab coat. You can visit scientists in the library or locals in the watering hole, and there'll even be "equipment" to gather information... whatever that means.

You can watch the trailer below to get a sense of the rather odd happenings in StrangerVille, including the rather vacant faces on the Sims living there.

What could the secret be?

"Having a fully-fledged Sims title on consoles is certainly a big deal, but sadly it pales in comparison to its superior PC counterpart."
